What kind of warranty is offered on Sightlines Homes?
All of our homes are covered by a 7 year Tarion new home warranty. This warranty protects our customers for one year against defects in materials and workmanship, two years against water penetration and mechanical system defects and seven years against major structural defects.
Are Sightlines homes energy efficient?
Very! We are an energy star certified home builder. The energy star rating ensures that our homes are not only built to current building code standards but that they exceed these standards by at least 20 percent. We are currently integrating “net zero ready” as a standard included option to all our house builds.
How long will our home take to build?
This depends on the size and complexity but generally 4 to 6 months is needed. Upon signing an offer, you will be given a firm closing date for your new home.
What financing is available for Sightlines homes?
We don’t provide financing directly, but we do have preferred lenders that offer us excellent rates for our customers.
