Who We Are
Sightlines was formed many years ago by a few like-minded investors from different industries. From construction to investment, advising to real estate, our ownership covers a diverse range related to property development.
We take the same approach to each project, whether it’s for one of our customers or it’s one of our own developments, we start with a clear goal and thoughtful planning in advance. This approach ensures a well laid out property, building or home that can be enjoyed for many years to come.
Based out of Guelph, Sightlines has various projects and self managed buildings in different communities. We have a very hands-on approach and expect only the highest quality and workmanship from our trades and professional partners. As an Energy Star and net zero approved Builder, we achieve levels of energy savings in our designs that go much farther than the Ontario building codes require.

If you are buying in one of our communities then we have carefully designed homes to fit the community and the lots. If are deciding on a custom home then it is more important to find the lot first and then design the home to fit. Whichever way you choose, we can help.SIGN AN AGREEMENT
Enter into an agreement of purchase and sale with us to complete your dream home and provide an outlined deposit structure. Deposit amounts and due dates are usually set by milestone achievements such as pulling a building permit.STEP 3

FOLLOW UP MEETINGS
We will arrange follow up meetings for selection and structural appointments. You will decide with our guidance and the guidance of our expert team, items like doors and windows, trim, hardware, cabinetry, colours, flooring.WE'LL TAKE IT FROM HERE
Now its your time to relax as we skillfully craft your home from start to finish. We will provide you will updates on the process as it unfolds. We will schedule a walk through with you at framing stage to tend to any final details. Just before closing we will have a final walk through with you to introduce and teach you about your new home.STEP 5
